Re-authenticating solely through Brand2Social may not always suffice, necessitating a direct disconnection from Facebook. This ensures a complete reset of the connection.
If you’re familiar with verifying permissions on Facebook, reconnecting Facebook and Brand2Social should be straightforward.
- Ensure that you are logged in as the admin of the Page or Group.
- Select Settings & privacy > Settings from the small drop-down arrow at the upper right on your screen.
- On the left-hand side menu, click Security and login, then Business integrations.
- From the list of authenticated apps, find Brand2Social, and click Remove.
- Following this, the connection must be redone through Brand2Social.
