Resetting Facebook and Instagram connection

Re-authenticating solely through Brand2Social may not always suffice, necessitating a direct disconnection from Facebook. This ensures a complete reset of the connection.

If you’re familiar with verifying permissions on Facebook, reconnecting Facebook and Brand2Social should be straightforward.

  1. Ensure that you are logged in as the admin of the Page or Group.
  2. Select Settings & privacy > Settings from the small drop-down arrow at the upper right on your screen.

  1. On the left-hand side menu, click Security and login, then Business integrations.

  1. From the list of authenticated apps, find Brand2Social, and click Remove.

  1. Following this, the connection must be redone through Brand2Social.
