Integrating your LinkedIn Pages with Brand2Social simplifies your social media management by enabling you to create, schedule, and publish posts directly from our platform. This integration allows you to maintain a consistent and professional presence on LinkedIn, ensuring your content reaches your audience at optimal times. With centralized engagement and performance tracking, you can monitor interactions and refine your LinkedIn strategy.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure the following requirements are met:

  • You must be a Super Admin or Content Admin of the LinkedIn Page you wish to connect.
  • You must have a personal LinkedIn account — the integration authenticates through your personal LinkedIn profile, not a shared login.
  • You have valid login credentials for your LinkedIn account.
  • You are using a supported browser (latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with cookies and pop‑ups enabled.

Step 1 — Navigate to the Integrations Page

1. Log in to your Brand2Social account.
2. In the left-side navigation menu, click on Integrations under the Social Accounts section.
3. You will see a list of all available social media platforms.

4. Locate LinkedIn Pages in the list and click the Connect button next to it.

Step 2 — Log In to LinkedIn

After clicking Connect, a LinkedIn login window will open in a new tab.

1. If you are already logged in to LinkedIn in your browser, this step may be skipped automatically.
2. If not, enter your LinkedIn email address and password.
3. Click Sign In.

⚠️ Important: Make sure you sign in with the LinkedIn account that has Super Admin or Content Admin access to the Pages you want to connect. Signing in with the wrong account will mean your Pages do not appear in the next step.

Step 3 — Review and Allow Permissions

For the first-time integration, LinkedIn will display a permissions screen listing what Brand2Social is requesting access to.

1. Review the permissions carefully — these are required for Brand2Social to publish and manage content on your LinkedIn Pages.
2. Click Allow to grant access.

ℹ️ Note: If you have previously connected LinkedIn and are reconnecting, you may be taken through this screen again. Ensure you click Allow to refresh the authorization.

Step 4 — Select Your LinkedIn Pages

After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to Brand2Social, where your LinkedIn Pages will be listed.

1. Brand2Social will display all LinkedIn Pages associated with your LinkedIn account.
2. Select the LinkedIn Pages you wish to integrate by clicking on them or ticking the checkbox next to each one.
3. If you manage multiple Pages, you can select more than one at this stage (subject to your Brand2Social plan limits).
4. Click Connect or Confirm to proceed.

⚠️ Important: Only Pages where you hold a Super Admin or Content Admin role will appear in this list. If a Page is missing, see the Troubleshooting section below.

Step 5 — Confirm the Integration

Once you have selected your LinkedIn Pages and confirmed, Brand2Social will finalize the connection.

1. You will be returned to the Integrations page.
2. Your LinkedIn Pages should now appear with a green connected status or a checkmark indicating a successful connection.
3. You will also see the connected Page name and logo displayed on the integration tile.
4. The integration is now complete — you can start creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts from Brand2Social.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

My LinkedIn Page is not appearing in the list

  • Confirm that your LinkedIn account has a Super Admin or Content Admin role on the Page. Member or Analyst roles are not sufficient.
  • If your access was recently granted, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration to force a refresh.
  • Make sure you clicked Allow on the LinkedIn permissions screen — if you declined or closed the window, Brand2Social will not have access.

The LinkedIn connection shows as “Expired” or “Disconnected”

LinkedIn access tokens expire periodically. To fix this:

1. Go to the Integrations page in Brand2Social.
2. Click the three dots next to the affected LinkedIn Page.
3. Click Reauthorize and complete the LinkedIn login flow again (Steps 2–4).

Posts are not publishing to LinkedIn

  • Verify the integration status is Connected (not expired).
  • Make sure the post content meets LinkedIn’s requirements (e.g., supported image formats, video length and file size limits).
  • Check that you have selected the correct connected LinkedIn Page when composing the post.

What You Can Do After Connecting

Once your LinkedIn Pages are successfully connected to Brand2Social, you can take advantage of the following features:

  • Schedule Posts — Plan and queue LinkedIn posts in advance using the content calendar.
