These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the brand2social.com website (the "Service") operated by Highware Solutions ("us," "we," or "our").
Please carefully read these Terms before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is contingent upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing the Service.
Certain portions of the Service are available through subscription plans ("Subscriptions"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles may be set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the chosen subscription plan.
Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions at the end of each Billing Cycle, unless you cancel it or Brand2Social cancels it. You have the option to cancel the Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting Brand2Social's customer support.
To process Subscription payments, you must provide valid payment information, such as credit or debit card details. By providing such payment information, you authorize Brand2Social to charge all Subscription fees to your account through the provided payment method.
In cases where automatic billing fails, Brand2Social will send an electronic invoice that must be paid manually within a specified deadline, covering the corresponding billing period.
Brand2Social may, at its discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). To sign up for the Free Trial, you may need to provide billing information.
If you provide billing information during the Free Trial registration, you won't be charged by Brand2Social until the Free Trial concludes. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel the Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees corresponding to your chosen plan.
Brand2Social reserves the right to modify the Free Trial's terms and conditions or cancel the Free Trial offer without prior notice.
Brand2Social may, at its discretion and at any time, adjust Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any changes in Subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Prior to a change in Subscription fees, Brand2Social will provide reasonable notice to allow you to terminate your Subscription before the new fees apply. Continuing to use the Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Brand2Social may consider specific refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis, subject to Brand2Social's sole discretion.
Refund will be transferred to original payment method within 5-10 working days!
Our Service enables you to post, link, store, share, and make available various forms of information, text, graphics, videos, and other materials ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, display, reproduce, and distribute the Content through the Service. You retain your rights to the Content you submit, post, or display on the Service, and you must protect those rights. This license allows us to make your Content available to other Service users who may also use your Content as specified in these Terms.
You warrant that you have the right to use the Content and grant us these rights. Posting your Content should not violate anyone else's rights or any laws.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failing to do so is considered a breach of the Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Do not share your password with others, and inform us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches.
You may not use as your username a name that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark subject to another entity's rights without proper authorization, or an offensive, vulgar, or obscene name
